lt’s been 6 servers, 3 business plan competition titles, 2 patents-pending, and thousands of lines of code in the making, but the big day has finally arrived. At 9:30am today, the curtain will finally go up on LicketyShip!
It’s difficult to express the confluence of emotions this day represents: anxiousness, excitement, relief : ) Many entrepreneurs liken their experiences to roller-coaster rides; at this point, I can safely say there is no analogy closer to the truth: up, down, upside-down, backwards and sideways – we’ve been through them all. I apologize to any directions I may have left out, because we’ve probably been through those too.
But at the end of the day, it’s fair to say the ride hasn’t even started. We’ve just gotten to the end of a long, long line…
Thanks for joining us – its going to be a wild one. I call shotgun : )

Congrats on launching! The site looks very slick. Very curious to see how quickly you will launch in other cities. Is New York on the near horizon?

Maybe the market is more ready for it now. This was tried once with Kozmo.com and failed but maybe times are different. Good luck.
